Pueblo de Colores Exhibit

The collection, featured in a Summer 2007 exhibit at the Joel D. Valdez Main Library, Tucson, AZ, USA, depicts the community's rich and varied architecture from the historical Barrio, Presidio and Ft. Lowell districts. These neighborhoods depict the color and beauty of the late 1800’s and the influence of Hispanic culture and Mexican craftsmen on the cities and towns along the Mexican border. This influence provides a vivid tapestry of unsurpassed colors and vibrant images.

The exhibit was funded in part by the generous support of the Tucson Pima Arts Council benefiting the community and promoting awareness of the Arts.
